How can I contact an author?
Some authors have email addresses, contact forms, or publicity addresses on their personal websites, which we may link to on the author’s detail page. You may also write to an author in care of their publicity department.
If you are unsure where to send your letter, please email at Info@Gufhtugu.com with the title of the book and author’s name and we will confirm the proper imprint.
Please do not send in personal books, pictures, or items to be signed.
Where can I find an author’s website?
If an author has a website, the link will be available on the author’s detail page.
To find an author’s detail page, please enter the author’s name in the search toolbar or click on an author’s name on any book detail page or from the menu.
Why can’t I find a particular title or author?
Our website only includes information about books and authors currently published by Gufhtugu Publications and available for order (including backorder and preorder) in Pakistan.
We do not have online catalog information for out of print titles or works published by others.
How do I open a business account with Gufhtugu Publication?
Our New Account Department processes applications for wholesale distributor, retail bookseller and promotional giveaway accounts.

Can I purchase books in quantity for corporate use or sales incentives?
In addition to retail businesses, we also establish accounts for business and non-profit organizations to purchase books at a discount for giveaways, staff development or promotional use.

When will my order ship?
– In-stock items will ship within 4-5 business days of your order being placed within Pakistan
– Preordered titles will ship on or within 4-5 business days of their on-sale date (listed in your cart)
– Backordered titles will ship when available, however if the title does not become available within 90 days that portion of your order will be cancelled
What are my shipping options and when do they deliver?

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?
No, once your order has been confirmed and you receive your order number we cannot cancel or make changes to any part of the order. Please review your shipping address details, item details (including title, quantity, and estimated ship date), and shipping method prior to entering your credit card information and confirming your order.
What are my payment options?
Gufhtugu Publications accept Cash on Delivery and Credit/Debit card payment.
